Tomato Bisque

My rendition of the tomato bisque that is served at Medieval Times.

2 tbsp canola oil
3 medium carrots
2 celery stalks
1/2 medium red onion
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 15 1/2 oz can Tomato sauce
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
5 cups water
1 tsp paprika
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pinch Italian seasoning
1 tbsp lemon juice
