|This is a fantastic meatball recipe submitted for your enjoyment by Dan. The recipe can be sized up from one pound by increasing all ingredients accordingly.
Combine milk, bread crumbs, ground beef, salt and pepper and shape into approximately 1″ diameter meatballs. Mix remaining ingredients. Gently place the meatballs in a slow cooker. Pour the sauce over meatballs. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 10 hours.
1/2 cup milk
Enjoy these on a hoagie roll, over rice or on a toothpick. Delicious any way you eat them.
